So often in massage the abdomen is overlooked, but there is rich and deep work to be experienced with belly work.
This summer, July 26-30th, 2023, I am hosting a Maya Abdominal Massage Training through the Arvigo Institute at my home in Falmouth, Maine. It will be taught by a dear friend and mentor, Kathleen Lawler.
