Curious to the bone, I'm Kat Narvaez — a Board Certified Structural Integrator based in Portland, Maine, trained in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration®, Visionary Craniosacral Work®, Abdominal Bodywork & Visceral Manipulation, Integrative Bodywork & Massage Therapy, and over 1500 hours of yoga modalities.
My practice was inspired by a significant life chapter living in Cusco, Peru and brought to life while living in Boulder, Colorado. I'm now loving the opportunity to be of service to the Portland, Maine community.
