  • Structural Integration works with the myofascia (muscles and connective tissue) to improve posture, balance, and ease of movement. Using slow, hands-on techniques, this work helps release long-held patterns and restore natural alignment.

Typically done in a series of sessions, Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) can relieve chronic pain, increase flexibility, and support lasting postural change — helping your body move with greater freedom and resilience.

  • Kat has incredible skills in reading the body and attuning to what is needed at that time. Over several sessions she was able to identify patterns that were stuck in my body and suggest adjustments in my movement and posture that support the deep and effective work she did on the fascial level.

  • Kat is providing me with the only medicine I've found that is actually healing me, and I'm reducing my pain medication as I heal.

    – Tim

  • Kat at Kintu Healing Arts is truly exceptional. Her structural integration work is both intuitive and deeply effective—she has a remarkable ability to identify and release long-held tension in the body. Each session leaves me feeling more aligned, grounded, and with a better sense of my body.

    – Andrea

  • My body pain and alignment changed dramatically after receiving the 12-series structural integration work from Kat! I have always been very connected to my body and an active person. However since the beginning of the 12-series my body’s functionality improved, pain decreased, and my posture is better/easier to maintain.

  • I’ve been seeing Kat for a little over a year now for massage, visionary cranio-sacral and now we are in the midst of the anatomy trains 12 series. I’ve gone to many massage therapists, chiropractors, and PTs over the years because I have some long term tension, hyper-mobile joints, and nerve issues — and Kat is hands down the best bodyworker I’ve encountered. She’s so thoughtful and knowledgeable in different modalities that she can easily bring in helpful techniques to respond to what she’s seeing.

    – Caitlin

  • Kat has an amazing way of listening and seeing the body and soul presented before her. Each healing modality that I have partaken in has been meaningful and has created more ease in my life. I am grateful.
