How do I work with people?

There are two roads we can take together.

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) 12-Series

For those open to embark upon a journey of self-discovery, an unfolding of the fascia, a rewilding of the soul, I recommend the ATSI 12 series. The recipe of the 12 series was developed by Tom Myers (a true Mainer), inspired by the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf’s 10 series (a Bodywork style often referred to as Rolfing).

This structural bodywork is deep, slow fascial and myofascial manipulation, coupled with movement and postural re-education. It aims to release tension patterns in the body's fascia, restoring balance, alignment, and ease.

Session with K’intu Healing Arts

Your Session can be whatever it needs to be. Folks are often intrigued by Structural Work but would like to dip their toes in the water first, others are looking for a restorative combination of Craniosacral Massage. With the wisdom of various Osteopathic Manual traditions, we can map a session or a project of sessions to best support your goals, well-being and health.

Hands & Heart behind K’intu Healing Arts

Curious to the bone, I am professionally trained in Anatomy Trains Structural Integration®, Visionary Craniosacral Work®, Abdominal Therapy & Visceral Manipulation, Massage Therapy and over 1500 hours of yoga modalities.

Perpetually inspired by life and her clients, I am working towards my Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Medicine with the Osteopathic College of Ontario.

My practice was inspired by a significant life chapter living in Cusco, Peru and brought to life while living in Boulder, Colorado. I am now loving the opportunity to be of service to the Portland, Maine community.

Outside of the healing room, my life revolves around my four dogs & two cats, climbing and spending time with friends. To read more about how and why I love what I do, hippity hop over here.
