How we can work together

At K’intu Healing Arts, your body’s story is our guide. I offer two main ways of working together, each rooted in holistic, hands-on care and guided by deep listening to your body’s needs.

Anatomy Trains Structural Integration (ATSI) 12-Series

For those seeking a profound journey of self-discovery, I recommend the ATSI 12 series. The 12 series recipe was developed by Tom Myers (a true Mainer), inspired by the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf’s 10 series (a Bodywork style often referred to as “Rolfing”).

This structural bodywork is deep, slow fascial and myofascial manipulation, coupled with movement and postural re-education. It aims to release long held tension patterns in the body's fascia, restoring balance, alignment, and ease.

The 12 Series is ideal for those ready to make a commitment to postural, emotional and somatic transformation.

Whether you’re seeking relief from pain, support for your nervous system, or simply space to rest and reconnect, these customized sessions are available in 60, 75 or 90 minutes. With the wisdom of various Osteopathic Manual traditions, we can map a session or a project of sessions to best support your goals, well-being and health.
