Your body’s story guides our work. Sessions are personalized, integrating Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Abdominal & Visceral Massage, Neurovascular Release, and Therapeutic Massage.

Your first session begins with a thorough intake and a full body reading to understand your unique patterns and needs. From there, I provide a personalized plan of treatment. Our aches and tensions don’t build in an hour—and while it won’t take just one session to resolve them, it also doesn’t have to take a lifetime.

True, lasting change happens both on and off the table. The ways you move, exercise, rest, and process outside of sessions are an essential part of meeting your goals. Each session is designed to support not only immediate relief but also sustainable, long-term alignment, resilience, and embodiment.

  • Kat to answer :)

  • I can accept HSA/FSA cards. I provide email receipts after each session, however I do not accept insurance nor can I bill insurance directly on your behalf. 

  • Sessions should be every 1-3 weeks to maintain the momentum of our work together. While every body is different, better results are often seen when we meet every 1-2 weeks. If something comes up during your series (like travel or illness) we can add a stitch session to bring you back on track. 

  • If you’re curious about the 12 series, sign up for the first 3 sessions of the 12 series. If time and resources are limited and you are set on only doing 3 sessions together, there is a specific 3-series recipe that we can do together. With this 3-series, if you decide to continue with the 12 series, you will need to begin with session 1 of the 12. 

  • It is not recommended to partake in a series while pregnant, since you are already working on a pretty special project. It is fine to receive a session while bleeding, please keep Kat informed of any pain or discomfort.
