How Can We Work Together
Your body’s story guides our work. Every session is personalized, integrating Myofascial Release, Craniosacral Therapy, Abdominal & Visceral Massage, Neurovascular Release, and Therapeutic Massage.
First Session & Personalized Treatment Plan
Your first session begins with a thorough intake and a full body reading to understand your unique patterns and needs. From there, I provide a personalized plan of treatment. Our aches and tensions don’t build in an hour—and while it won’t take just one session to resolve them, it also doesn’t have to take a lifetime.
Lasting Change On and Off the Table
True, lasting change happens both on and off the table. The ways you move, exercise, rest, and process outside of sessions are an essential part of meeting your goals. Each session is designed to support not only immediate relief but also sustainable, long-term alignment, resilience, and embodiment.
Treatment Pathways
Follow a personalized treatment plan: Ongoing sessions designed around your unique goals, whether for pain relief, posture improvement, or nervous system regulation.

General FAQs
-
Manual therapies like Structural Integration, Visionary Craniosacral Work, abdominal therapy, and other bodywork are not quick “fixes” for specific symptoms. Instead, they help your body become more balanced, adaptable, and supported.
When your system is less restricted and better organized, symptoms—like migraines, back pain, digestive discomfort, or jaw tension—often improve, but everyone’s experience is unique. Healing is most effective when the work you receive in the session is reinforced by supportive changes in your daily life, such as movement, posture awareness, rest, or stress management.
In other words, this work gives your body more freedom, resilience, and capacity, creating the conditions for lasting change. So a more accurate question might be:
“Can this help my body find a better way to function?”
The answer is usually yes.
-
I can accept HSA/FSA cards. I provide email receipts after each session, however I do not accept insurance nor can I bill insurance directly on your behalf.
-
New clients are encouraged to book at least a 75-minute session. This allows time for questions, a thorough Body Reading, and the creation of a personalized treatment plan.
In most cases, your first session will be a Structural Integration-informed approach—combining gentle myofascial release and active participation on your part—with calming integration work at the end to help your body absorb and stabilize the changes. This gives you the best foundation for lasting results.
-
Yes! Massage is available for calming, restorative support when your energy is low and can be booked for any session length under the Session booking option. Many clients come seeking help for chronic pain, complex symptoms, or long-standing tension. If you’re ready to dive deeper into lasting structural and functional changes, I typically recommend starting with Structural Integration to help you feel grounded and supported from the inside out.
-
Yes! Techniques like ScarWork® and Bonework® can help release tension, improve mobility, and support structural alignment. They can be stand-alone sessions or incorporated into your Structural Integration series, depending on your needs.
